Every person has a story — as a traveler of the world, lover of humans, and innate problem solver, I hope to make an impact on the world through understanding these journeys and helping to create beautiful user experiences.

UX Research has provided me with a platform to employ my ability to gather and synthesize data to identify themes, and translate them into user-centric designs to solve human problems. I appreciate both Lean and Agile UX practices, and am an expert in working in sprints. I enjoy focusing in on research and usability through methods such as journey mapping, personas, and A/B testing. However, I believe it is most important to ensure the team is collaborating effectively, and that our shared vision comes to fruition with the user at the center.

I have unmatched determination and excitement for the work I do, and it shows through the way I discuss, perform, and present my ideas. Discovering users’ ‘why’ is what keeps me going. As a research leader who enjoys being involved from inception to delivery, I appreciate the never-ending process of perfecting a user experience. By that same token I know that my learning process never ends, and I am satisfied knowing that tomorrow I will be better than I am today.
